Search for your desired destination, choose an accommodation or activity, select your dates and number of guests, and pay securely through our platform. You'll receive a confirmation by email right away.
Yes. All payments are processed through our secure platform. Your money is held safely until your stay or activity takes place. You book with the confidence that your reservation is guaranteed.
Bookings & Payments
You can pay with iDEAL, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), and Bancontact. We continuously expand our payment options to make booking as easy as possible.
You can cancel via your account under 'My bookings'. Cancellation conditions vary per provider and are clearly stated before you complete your booking. Always read these carefully before paying.
Immediately after a successful payment, you'll receive a booking confirmation by email with all the details. If you don't receive anything, check your spam folder or contact us via our contact page.
This depends on the provider. Changes such as different dates or additional guests can be requested via your account or directly through the provider, subject to availability and their terms.

Signing up is free and simple. Go to 'Become a Partner', fill in your business details, and submit your application. Our team reviews your application and gets back to you within 2 business days.
Trovioo is open to B&Bs, holiday homes, hotels, activity providers, and more. As long as you run a legitimate business and deliver quality to your guests, you're welcome on our platform.
No. Signing up with Trovioo is completely free. You only pay a commission when you actually receive bookings. No monthly subscriptions, no startup costs, no surprises.
Commission & Rates
Trovioo uses a fair, inverted tier system: the lower your monthly revenue, the lower your commission rate. This way, we deliberately support smaller providers like B&Bs who typically have tighter margins.

Commission is calculated monthly based on your total revenue through Trovioo.
Commission is calculated on your total monthly revenue through Trovioo. Example: if you receive €3,000 in bookings in a month, you fall into the 10% tier. Your commission is €300 and you receive €2,700.
No. You only pay the commission on bookings you receive. No sign-up fees, no monthly charges, no startup costs. You only pay when you're actually earning through Trovioo.
Booking Management
In your partner dashboard, you can easily manage your calendar. Block dates, set prices per period, and specify minimum stay requirements. Changes are immediately visible to guests.
When a new booking comes in, you'll immediately receive an email notification. All booking details are also available in your dashboard under 'Bookings'.
In exceptional circumstances you can cancel a booking via your dashboard. Keep in mind that frequent cancellations may affect your visibility on the platform. If in doubt, always contact the guest or our team first.
Payouts
Your payout is processed within 3–5 business days after the stay or activity has ended. You receive the booking amount minus the commission directly to your registered bank account.
You can set your IBAN and account holder name in your partner profile under 'Payment details'. Make sure these are always up to date to avoid delays.
If a guest is entitled to a refund (in line with the cancellation policy), this is processed automatically. You'll receive a notification by email and the amount will be offset against future payouts.
